The SAXS beamline is equipped with two types of detectors. A one dimensional linear sensitive gas detector (Gabriel type) for isotropic and a two dimensional CCD camera (Photonic Science, type X-ray L.A. 1024/12) for anisotropic scattering samples. An additional 1d PSD can be used for recording diffraction in the wide angle regime.

Table 1: Main characteristics of the detectors available at the SAXS beamline. The differences for the PSD in the WAXS regime are given in brackets.
