I am a junior research scientist at the Institute of Biophysics and
Nanosystems Research in the thematic area of membrane medicine. My work is
focused on peptide-lipid interactions in the frame of the EU-project BALI.
Biophysical characterisation of synthetic antimicrobial antibiofilm
peptides (SAAPSs) is the focal point of my investigation. This study forms
a basis for design of peptides with improved biological activities for
prevention and treatment of biofilm infections.
