Being a PhD student in the biomembrane physics research area, I perform mainly Small- and Wide-Angle X-ray diffraction experiments on well-defined lipid raft mixtures. The aim is a better understanding of physical properties of physiologically interesting phospholipid-cholesterol mixtures.
